extra fees & notes *

- If your envelopes are dark in color or are lined, the rate is 1.00 additional per envelope.

- Additional fee per envelope for return addresses that are more than two lines.

- A $75 formatting charge will be added to clients bill for any spreadsheet that is not in the proper format.
